Returns/exchanges?
Unfortunately we aren’t in a position to accept any returns or exchanges, please bare this in mind when choosing your sizes etc before checkout.
If your item is faulty please contact us via email within 14 days and we will solve this issue for you.
Delivery
Please be aware that every item is custom made and will ship out within 6 days.
*If your order is a custom embroidery item please be advised it could take up to 10 days till the item is shipped as this is a longer process*
All items are sent with tracking so please ensure you have entered the correct address and also email just in case we need to get in contact about your order.
